Tiffany Winters is a Service Advisor at Perkins Motors in Colorado Springs. Experience and training

Tiffany entered the automotive industry in July 2018 and has worked as a Service Cashier, in the Service BDC, as an Accounting Biller, and as a Service Advisor — eight years across the service side of the business. She names customer service as her strongest area, and says interacting with customers is the part of the job she enjoys.

“Honestly, a customer should never have to reach out first. As the service advisor, I should always be the one reaching out to you.”

“Yes. Making a complex diagnostic report understandable is a core part of the job — come to me with it.”

Colorado Springs connection

Tiffany has lived in Colorado Springs for two years and three months. She is involved in church activities, and says the scenery here is beautiful — though she and her family have not had the chance to explore it properly yet.

Outside the dealership

Tiffany drives a 2024 Kia Sorento. Her favourite Jeep is the Grand Cherokee, and her favourite vehicle she has owned was a 2023 Kia K5. On what makes a good service experience, she is blunt: it all comes down to the experience for the customer, and you have to love what you do.
