Neil has worked in the automotive industry since 2015 and joined Perkins Motors in July 2019 as a sales representative before moving into finance.

As a Finance Manager, he works with banks and credit unions to secure competitive financing, presents protection products and finance options, keeps the dealership compliant with lending requirements, and handles the transition from the sales floor to vehicle delivery.

What is my warranty on this new Jeep?

“You have a 3-year / 36,000-mile comprehensive warranty and a 5-year / 60,000-mile powertrain warranty from the factory.”

Can I add coverage after my factory warranty expires?

“Yes, but it is cheaper to do it now, while the vehicle is newer and has fewer miles on it.”

Can I refinance later?

“Yes. You can always refinance down the road, depending on your credit, the vehicle, and where rates are at the time.”

What will my payment be?

“I will show you the actual payment based on the loan — the amount financed, the term, and the rate you qualify for — rather than a rough estimate. I would rather you see the real number before you decide.”

What rebates do I qualify for?

“That depends on the vehicle and on you — military, first responder, returning-lessee, and financing-specific rebates all have different rules, and they change month to month. I will check every program against your situation before we finalize anything.”

Colorado Springs connection

Neil moved to Colorado Springs with his wife so she could attend school for massage therapy, and they stayed for the outdoors. He hikes and runs, and spends most of his time outside of work with his kids.

Outside the dealership

Neil is a classic car enthusiast and a regular at car shows. He drives a 2021 Ram 1500, and the favorite vehicle he has owned is a Dodge Charger Scat Pack. On what he hopes customers take away: “He was honest and we can trust him.”
