Warranty: 40 years of warranty processing experience, including diesel, HEMI, Jeep 4x4 systems, Ram Heavy Duty, electrical diagnostics, Mopar maintenance, and alignment and suspension work.

Experience and training

Kathy entered the automotive industry in 1986 as a data processor and cashier, then moved into warranty. At Perkins Motors she has been Warranty Administrator, Warranty Manager, Dispatcher, and is now Assistant Service Manager, supporting the Service Manager and the advisor team alongside warranty processing.
